XELABUS is the worst service in Hampshire.
If I lived in Thornhill I could get up to 23 buses an hour; however I live within the Southampton City Council boundary and have no City buses at all along West End Road to Bitterne.
We used to and Brijan came and went who were superb friendly drivers.
They all knew you - until the nightmare from hell took over called Xelabus.
After 32 years the service went from excellent to a disgrace, one bus an hour as long as it turns up or on time.
We now have a service with some pretty poor drivers, some of them are rude some will not wait for you to sit down.
I am a registered disabled person so I can not walk far or fast, the bus stop is nearly outside our house in West end Road.
I have complained about the service before, however they never answer the telephone, and only sometimes reply to an email. Hence one of my questions is do they get a sub from the SCC?
If so it should be taken away.
