I HAVE had a mystery hum in my home for seven months. Electricians and the environmental health can hear it. One electrician said it sounded like a mosquito as it's of a level that not all people can hear. My next door neighbour can hear it too.
This started when we had two power cuts in one day. My neighbour and I have got to go to bed with MP3 players to block the noise.
It's a council house but I have got to do all the work because they do not know what the cause is. I need help to sort this out as I am on my own and don't know who to ask.
