I WAS shocked at the recent shootings in Chandler's Ford. However, I thank the police for their swift and decisive action.
As a constituent of MP Sandra Gidley, I am utterly disgusted at her criticism of the police. She is well known for jumping on the bandwagon on any issue, but her comments this time are contemptible.
When the next general election comes round I would urge all voters to remember her comments and her party's stance on law and order.
