On Monday, 6th. July at 11.55 am I was travelling from Portswood to West End. Whilst driving over Cobden Bridge, I observed an adult female cyclist riding on the pavement, rather than use the cycle lane provided at great expense by Southampton City Council.
So, what is the point of the city roads being ‘polluted’ with cycle lanes when cyclists prefer not to use them.
