I consider it a mistake making face covering mandatory when going into a shop.
Each individual should be able to make that decision for themselves based on their experience over the past four months.
Many people were already wearing face masks both in shops and in the street without being hit with a big stick.
From living in a town, I now see people putting on a mask and then disregarding all the previous social distancing advice.
I wear a mask so I can do whatever I like is the attitude.
What every steps we take there will be a second surge in the number of Covid-19 cases so look at history and live accordingly.
