I SEE that Eastleigh MP Chris Huhne is trailing his rival Nick Clegg for leadership of the Liberal Democrats - the most pointless job in British politics. So, to try and catch up he has asked the police to intervene over Labour sleaze (report, December 1).
Perhaps Mr Huhne will now say whether or not the Liberals are going to hand back the £2.4m they received at the last general election from a man who subsequently went to prison and who was not even a permissible donor at the time? Actually, I am not holding my breath.
