THE threat to jail prostitutes for up to 72 hours if they fail to comply with counselling sessions under proposed new legislations is so wrong.
We need to approach this problem fairly and justly. In my view sexual services should come under community care worker, licensed and regulated.
We need to protect the public from sexually transmitted diseases.
If we were to legalise prostitution we could then control and regulate it. Our country is now riddled with crime, all because the law makers fail to apply laws that protect us fairly and justly.
