I FIND it rather interesting to read that French President Sarkozy is offering help to build and finance nuclear facilities in Libya, Morocco and Middle East countries.
Presumably this is at the behest of the European Union and not merely French foreign oolicy or, attempting to beat the US to the negotiating table?
They obviously feel France is still a world power and has a lot to offer all countries if they move from the US umbrella.
