HOW sad it is that the council must ask cabbies to be well dressed.
This is like having to ask a hairdresser to get her hair done.
I smiled at the licence conditions for private hire drivers- no jeans, jogging trousers, singlets, shorts and no bathing costumes, but nothing about being nude!
