WHERE is the fluoride to be injected into the water supply? If it is injected at the treatment works at Otterbourne or Testwood not only will it be in the water supply to people in Southampton but also to the people living in Winchester, Romsey, Totton and the Waterside areas, I live in North Baddesley and no one has asked for my opinion.
