A REPRESENTATIVE of our MP Alan Whitehead thrust a Labour leaflet through my door recently. In it he talks about the Warmerhome Programme. He says there will be “an increased allocation to come over the next two years’’. That is not quite true! I had already met with the Warmerhome team. They informed me that the grant available will be coming down signifcantly in the next budget in April.
This is because Labour have used up all our available money and good old Gordon Brown has sold off our gold reserves!
They are desperate to find money and will borrow a record £251 Billion next year! Labour are out of control. Time for a change at the next election.
