A RECORD number of stalls will be at the art and design craft market in Winchester this Sunday (April 17).
Organisers say demand is growing from artists keen to display and sell their work at the event.
Having started with 22 stalls last June, it was up to 70 by Christmas, and no fewer than 80 are expected this month.
The artworks on offer will include paintings and portraits along with ceramics, sculpture, illustration, textiles and photography.
There will also be woodwork glass, millinery and even vintage clothing.
The market, which is backed by Winchester City Council, takes place on the third Sunday of the month.
Stalls are based in the High Street and Middle Brook Street and the event runs from 10am to 4pm.
