SAJID Hussain wants permission to add a first-floor bedroom over a single-storey ground-floor kitchen extension at his home in Whalley Range, Bastwell.
The application will be considered by Blackburn with Darwen Council on Thursday because a neighbour had lodged an objection to the scheme.
