HAMPSHIRE teenager Jade Clark was due to be laid to rest today, with hundreds of mourners expected to pay their respects to the popular youngster.
The Ringwood 16-year-old’s funeral is being held at Bournemouth Crematorium at 3pm, as police continue their painstaking search for the driver of a Volvo XC90, who fled the scene on the A31 following the horrific collision last month.
Jade, pictured, was a member of the Young Firefighters Association at Ringwood and instructors from the association are expected to carry the youngster’s coffin into the service.
Jade died after her red scooter was in collision with several other vehicles on the A31 on Sunday, February 24.
Police are hunting the driver of a Volvo XC90, who fled the scene after the collision.
A reward for information has now reached £15,000 for information leading to arrest and conviction of an offender.
