POLICE have launched an arson probe after fire engulfed vehicles parked on the forecourt of a car dealership.
The blaze broke out at Peter Nash Specialist Cars in Warsash Road, Warsash, just before 5am today.
Two cars were destroyed, one was badly damaged and the other suffered minor heat damage.
One crew from Fareham fire station and two from Hightown in Southampton dealt with the emergency.
The firefighters were on the scene for more than an hour.
Hants Fire Control tweeted: "Hightown and Fareham extinguished four cars on the forecourt of a car dealership in Warsash Road Warsash. HFRS arson task force and police will be investigating."
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said no houses were affected and no-one was hurt in the incident.
He confirmed that police and fire officials would visit the scene later today.
