PLANS to construct two outbuildings beside a Grade II-listed listed property have been given the go-ahead.
The New Forest National Park Authority (NPA) approved an application relating to Wootton Hall in Tiptoe Road, New Milton.
The applicants want to build a block of four garages and a single garage with a double carport.
A report to NPA members said: "It is the intention of the owners to built a stable yard on their paddock land to the west of the house.
"A planning application for the stable block and an area of hardstanding is currently under consideration."
The report said the garages would be built only if the stable yard in the paddock was approved.
