SCORES of planning notices and applications for new licences have been submitted for sites across Hampshire in the past week.
From road closures to plans to replace a former police station with 88 flats, these are a few things you may have missed.
So, here is a round-up of recent public notices published by Southampton City Council and the local authorities in the area.

Traffic regulation orders:

Southampton City Council is closing Conifer Road from its junction with Aldermoor Road to its junction to Olive Road from March 17 (9am-4pm) to allow carriageway patching. The works are anticipated to be completed by March 18.

Southampton City Council is closing the whole length of Mayflower Road from March 24 (9am-4pm) to allow carriageway patching (no alternative route). The work is anticipated to be completed by March 25.

Southampton City Council is implementing a 30mph speed limit at Millbrook Road West from Millbrook Flyover to Regents Park Road. Measures are required from March 1 to ensure the safety of drivers and the workforce. Works due to be completed by July 1.

Hampshire County Council is closing part of the Rowner Road Cycle Route between its junction with Turner Avenue and its junction with Henry Cort Way from March 1 to allow works to be carried out.

JPI Warehousing (Soton) Ltd of Unit 5A, Barton Park Industrial Estate, Chickenhall Lane, Eastleigh, is applying to change an existing licence and add an operating centre to keep 28 goods vehicles and 50 trailers at Unit 10, Tower Lane Industrial Estate, Tower Lane, Eastleigh.

Anthony Mawby trading as Topline Solutions, of 11 Hindell Close, Farnborough, is applying to change an existing licence and keep an extra four goods vehicles and three trailers at the operating centre at Cartland Commercials, Panelrite House, First Avenue, Southampton.

Anuragpreet Kaur has applied for a Premises Licence for the off sale of alcohol at 31 Onslow Road, Southampton, between 7am and 11pm daily.

Vehicle Logistics Company Ltd, 55 Kendal Avenue Southampton, is applying for a licence to use Bevois Park, Imperial Road, Southampton, as an operating centre for one goods vehicle and one trailer.

Teal Commercials Ltd of Unit 7, Chalcroft Distribution Park, Burnetts Lane, West End, is applying to change an existing licence and add an operating centre to keep two goods vehicles and two trailers at Unit 10, Tower Lane Industrial Estate, Tower Lane, Eastleigh.

Harry Jacobs, trading as H & J Metals of Unit 28, Hazel Road Willments Industrial Estate, Woolston, is applying for a licence to use Unit 28, Hazel Road Willments Industrial Estate, Woolston, as operating centre for two goods vehicles.

Planning applications:

Reserved matters application relating to the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping for the construction of 85 homes and associated infrastructure and other development works - Brook Lane, Warsash.
