THE latest food hygiene ratings from the Southampton area have been released.
These scores were recently published by the Food Standards Agency.
Thousands of premises in the county are regularly inspected, based on the findings of inspectors who work all year round.
The hygiene standards found at the time of inspection are then rated on a scale of 0-5.
Five means the hygiene standards are excellent and fully comply with the law. Zero is at the bottom of the scale, meaning urgent improvement is necessary.
