A PEDESTRIAN was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after an accident in a Hampshire town.
Police say a grey Vauxhall Corsa was in collision with a man in his 60s at Rowner Road, Gosport.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to the accident, which occurred on Monday at 9.30pm.
Posting on social media Gosport Cops said: "The man suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital, where he remains at this time.
"Officers continue their enquiries to find out the exact circumstances of the collision.
"Did you see the collision or the moments beforehand? Do you have dash cam footage of the incident?
"Witnesses should call 101, quoting reference 44210469809."
