A HAMPSHIRE man has been handed a suspended prison sentence and 16-month driving ban after being convicted of motoring offences
Michael Vincent Been, 40, of Cadland Park, Holbury, has been convicted of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Police saw Breen driving a vehicle on the Cadland Park estate at around 1.40pm on April 30 this year.
Following a hearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court Breen was handed a eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
He was also banned from driving 16 months as well as being fined £300 with £100 costs and a £128 victim services surcharge.
