A ROAD in Southampton is partially blocked following a tree falling in the road.

Traffic is being directed past the fallen tree in Moorhill Road, West End one side at a time.

The tree is just beyond St James' Church, heading towards Telegraph Woods and Kanes Hill.

Currently, traffic is steady but may increase at rush hour.

Storm Barra is also battering other parts of Southampton.

Weston Shore, along Weston Parade, has been closed to traffic after the road and surrounding areas were flooded today.
