ONE of the busiest routes in Southampton will be shut for two nights.
The council is warning motorists that Redbridge Flyover is in need of anti-skid surface treatment.
Work is set to begin next Thursday (April 28) and the flyover will be closed between 8pm and 6am.

A spokesperson explained: "Overnight works to apply an anti-skid surface treatment will take place on Redbridge flyover for two nights from Thursday April 28.
"During the works, the flyover will be shut from 8pm till 6am and a signed diversion route in place.
"Please plan accordingly for any journeys."
The council will also be completing overnight investigation works to identify hazards in the Vincent's Walk/Bargate Street area of the city centre.
These will begin on Monday April 25 for two weeks and different sections of the carriageway will be closed.
