A DRINK driver who got behind the wheel whilst being disqualified has been handed a suspended jail sentence.
Banned driver, Martin John Stedman, was caught drink driving a Ford Transit Tipper on Archers Road, Southampton.
When he was stopped on March 20, the 41-year-old was found to have 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit of 35.

Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he admitted one charge of drink driving, one charge of driving while disqualified and one charge of driving without insurance.
Stedman, of Lodge Road, Southampton, was committed to prison for three months suspended for 12 months and was disqualified from driving for a further 46 months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.
