THE following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court:

MARK JACOBS, 46, of Napier Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Remanded on bail until November 11 2022.

ALBERT PHILLIPS, 28, of Cromwell Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to stealing chocolate valued at £150 from One Stop Stores, Southampton. Told to play £150 compensation and attend 15 days of rehabilitation activity. Also pleaded guilty to stealing lager valued at £30 from One Stop Stores, Southampton. Handed six-month jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, and told to pay £30 compensation.

DAMIAN GUZOWSKI, 27, of Arthur Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Remanded on bail until November 9 2022.

STEVEN HAYDEN, 29, of Lymington Road, New Milton, Pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Handed community order, with requirement to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. Also told to pay £85 costs and £95 victim services surcharge.

EMMA RILEY, 48, of Maryland Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide specimen of breath for analysis on July 19 2022. Banned from driving for 18 months and fined £850. Also told to pay £85 costs and £340 victim services surcharge.

PIOTR KARASINSKI, 37, of Brean Close, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink-driving on M27 motorway on July 29 2022. Banned from driving for 14 months and fined £281. Also told to pay £85 costs and £112 victim services surcharge.
