The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

ZBIGNIEW KEDZIERSKI, 35, of Glencathara Road, Bognor Regis pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes on the A31 westbound at Lyndhurst. He also admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required. He was caught with 140 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Kedzierski was bailed to appear at the same court on November 27 for sentencing. An interim disqualification order was made. 

SHAUN WILSHER, 45, of Cedar Road, Hythe admitted a single count of assault by beating. He was given a one-year community order with 20 rehabilitation days and 90 hours of unpaid work. Wilsher must pay £200 court costs and a £114 surcharge. 

CONNOR MAYHEW, 29, of Abercrombie Gardens, Southampton admitted racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment, alarm or distress, two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker and possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. All the offences were committed on the same day in Southampton. Mayhew was given a one-year community order with five rehabilitation days and 60 hours of unpaid work. He must pay £50 compensation and court costs of £85.

BRADLEY AMOS-SMITH, 24, of Vanguard Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a mobile phone in Southampton and assault by beating on the same day. He was given a two-year community order with 10 rehabilitation days and a £232 fine.  He must pay court costs of £85 and a £114 surcharge. 

HARRY BIRD, 24, of Haileybury Gardens, Hedge End admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Southampton. Bird was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on December 20. 

ISAAC FLYNN, 25, of Crabwood Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to drink driving on Mansbridge Road, Southampton. He was behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta when he was caught with 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £120. Flynn must also pay £85 court costs and a £48 surcharge.
