The following cases have been heard at Southampton Magistrates' Court...

EMIL WALASZCZYK, 44, of Maybush Road, Southampton admitted two counts of assault by beating. He was bailed to appear at the same court on December 8 for sentencing.

LAKHWINDER DIGWA, 25, of Graham Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to possession of a locking knife in a public place in Southampton. He also admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B, namely cannabis. He was bailed to appear at the same court on December 11 for sentencing.

WILLIAM WILKES, 23, of Portswood Road, Southampton admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class B on Rockstone Lane, Southampton and theft from a motor vehicle in Alma Road. This related to a Motorola mobile phone, cash, a Fitbit watch and Rayban sunglasses that were stolen. He was remanded in custody to appear at the same court for sentencing on November 7.

CATHERINE FRANCIS, 36, of Glynville Close, Wimborne pleaded guilty to theft from a shop at Tesco in New Milton. This relates to £170 worth of Lego that was stolen. Francis was fined £200 and must pay £85 court costs plus an £80 surcharge. 

VIKTOR NAGY, 37, of Forster Road, Southampton admitted assault by beating at Northam Road. He was bailed to appear at the same court on December 11 for sentencing. 

KARARZYNA PASIEKA, 55, of Milner Court, Southampton pleaded guilty to assault by beating of an emergency worker and common assault of an emergency worker at Shirley Towers. Pasieka was sentenced to 26 weeks suspended for 18 months. They must complete 20 rehabilitation days and pay £700 compensation.

ANDREI LACULICEANU, 21, of Lodge Road, Southampton pleaded guilty to driving without insurance, driving whilst disqualified and two counts of drug driving. These offences all took place on Bassett Crescent West, Southampton whilst Laculiceanu drove a Peugeot 206. He was bailed to appear at the same court for sentencing on December 11.
