A multi-vehicle accident closed a busy Southampton road at the height of Wednesday's morning rush-hour.
Three cars and a van were involved in the incident, which occurred in Onslow Road at its junctions with Cranbury Terrace and Cranbury Avenue.
Two of the vehicles involved - a blue Citroen C3 and a red Toyota Yaris - were badly damaged.
Police and a crew from nearby St Mary's fire station were called to the scene.

A short stretch of Onslow Road was closed in both directions, forcing drivers on their way to work to take alternative routes.
The road eventually reopened northbound, but closed again when a Ravenscroft vehicle arrived to recover the Citroen and the Toyota.
