Two men were injured during a fight in which a bottle was used as a weapon.
Officers were called to the junction in the centre of Lee-on-the-Solent just before 8pm on January 31.
A police spokesperson said: "A bottle was used during the incident, and both men sustained blood-letting injuries.
"One of the men has not been identified and we would urge him to contact police.
"A 37-year-old man from Gosport was arrested on suspicion of affray shortly after the incident. He has been bailed with conditions until 30 April while enquiries continue.
"We are appealing for any witnesses to this incident who have not yet spoken to police.
"Did you see what happened? Were you in the area at the time? Do you have dash-cam footage that may have captured the incident?"
The fight occurred at the junction of Manor Way and High Street.
