The following cases were heard at Southampton Magistrates Court:
LAURIE SOMERS, 38, of Rose Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to four shoplifting offences committed at Boots in Southampton in 2025. Admitted stealing items valued at £110.91 on June 19, ten bottles of shampoo valued at £50 on November 24, goods valued at £287 on December 13, and goods valued at £73 on November 11. Also admitted stealing clothing valued at £310 from M&S in Southampton on August 20 2025. Bailed until on July 27 2026.
KAYDEN MOODY, 19, of Gordon Avenue, Winchester, admitted drug driving at Alma Road, Southampton, on January 23 2026. Banned from driving for 12 months and fined £200 with £85 costs and £80 victim services surcharge.
MARK WAIGANJO, 43, of Whitworth Road, Gosport, admitted driving while disqualified at Bitterne Road East, Southampton, on June 9 2025. One-year community order, including ten days of rehabilitation activity. Fined £261 with £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points. Also admitted driving with no insurance. Driving record endorsed.
ELLIS RAUCCIO, 31, of Cawte Road, Southampton, admitted drug driving at Westfield Common, Hamble, on January 16 2026. Banned from driving for 12 months and fined £80 with £85 costs.

SAM LEAK, 30, of Henstead Road, Southampton, admitted assault by beating in Southampton on February 13 2026. Bailed to appear at the same court on August 26 2026.
TAHI MIR, 67, of Rosoman Road, Southampton, pleaded guilty to sexual assault in Southampton on May 5 2026. Bailed until August 25 2026.
JAMES JOHNSON, 33, of The Avenue, Southampton, pleaded guilty to three counts of using threatening behaviour in Southampton on December 2 2025. Fined £120 with £85 costs.
JOSHUA DOUGHTY, 23, of Thornhill Road, Fawley, admitted causing criminal damage to a car in Southampton on December 9 2025. Bailed until September 3 2027.
SHANNON LEATHEM, 31, of Perth Close, Christchurch, admitted stealing items valued at £375.98 from B&M at Hedge End on October 6 2025. Bailed to appear at the same court on September 9 2026.
VIJAY SANDHU, 28, of Gilpin Close, Southampton, admitted obstructing a police officer in Southampton on May 1 2026. Fined £80.
