A WOMAN has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following an alleged acid attack that left another woman with potentially "life-changing" injuries.
Detectives have charged Sau Lin-Hin following the incident in Sandown on the early hours of Wednesday.
A 22-year-old woman from Sandown is still in a specialist burns unit where she is undergoing treatment for serious facial burns, which police described as "potentially life-changing".
Lin-Hin, who is 48 years old and from Mulberry Way in Ryde, will appear at the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court tomorrow (Fri, June 6)
