A POPULAR New Forest pub is up for grabs.
Punch Taverns has put the Landford Poacher on the market for £395,000 and the south Wiltshire watering hole and restaurant is currently vacant.
The two-storey pub has two interconnecting ground-floor trading areas – one is a traditional bar with a brick-built fireplace and the other has a large open plan restaurant.
Living accommodation is on the first floor. The pub has parking for about 33 cars and also a garden area for customers.
Savills are handling the sale on behalf of Punch Taverns.
Richard Acton, from the company’s leisure and trading team, said: “The Landford Poacher provides a chance to invest in a sizeable area of land, close to the famous New Forest and has scope to continue as a licensed premise or alternative use subject to planning."
