STUDENTS at the University of Southampton will be encouraged this week to maintain their physical wellbeing as the stressful exam period draws closer.
Southampton University Students’ Union has organised Wellbeing Week, which aims to promote healthy living by obtaining tips on how to stay fit and eat well, give out information on sexual and mental health, and how to stay on top of your finances.
Today there will be information about sexual health and relationships provided by the student-led committee Sexpression Southampton.
Tips on healthy eating and getting physically healthy will be on offer tomorrow, and staying on top of finances at university will be on Friday’s agenda.
