PHELPS JACK (JOHN) Sadly passed away at Rosewood Care Home on 31st March 2013, aged 92 years. Loving Father of Pat and Martin, Father-in-law of Lyn. Much loved Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Great Great Grandfather. You will be sadly missed but will be in our thoughts always. Now you can reunite with Mum, we know how much you missed her. ---------- The Funeral Service will take place on Monday 15th April 2013 at Southampton Crematorium, West Chapel, at 10.45 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations may be made to Dr Barnado’s or The Alzheimer’s Society c/o Jonathan Terry Independent Funeral Directors 101 Peartree Avenue Bitterne, Southampton.
