PAYNE JILL MANDY (Nee DUMBRELL) Died, aged 51 years, suddenly on 8th September 2014, peacefully in her sleep at home. Jill will be sadly missed by her partner Tom, her children Ben and his wife Gemma, Hannah and her partner Michael, Rose and Sam and Tom's Mum, his Children, their Partners and Grandchildren.
