SMITH JUDY Formally of Yeovil Chase, passed away peacefully on 7th December 2014, aged 96. A loving Mum, Nan and Great Nan who will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends. The Funeral Service will be held at Wessex Vale Crematorium, West End on Monday 22nd December at 2.30 p.m. No flowers but donations welcomed to Alzheimer's Society c/o Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors, 101 Peartree Avenue, Bitterne, SO19 7JJ.
