JAKOB Elsie Dorothy Passed away peacefully at home on 17th April 2017 aged 90 years. Mum to Sheryl-Lynne, Nan to Kathryn, Kevin and Gavin, Little Nanny to Cameron, Emily and Jacob, Mother in law to Neil and Nan in law to Dave, Lorna and Kirsty. A very lovely and very special person, much loved by us all, we will miss you so much. Funeral service will take place at Blackfield Cemetery on Wednesday 3rd May at 11.00am.
