SWAILES Peter James 03/02/1928 - 28/04/2017. Born into a Royal Naval family from Portsmouth. Peter had 2 Brothers and 2 Sisters, Harold, Albert, Vera and Joyce. Married to the late June Lilian Swailes 1930 - 2014. They lived in Portsmouth, Southsea, Sion Hills, Harwich, Cornwall, Gosport and Oxford. Peter's life as a Customs Officer meant he was posted around Great Britain. A mild mannered man married for 59 years, he passed away peacefully to be reunited with his Wife June. He is preceded by his Son Robin of Oxford and Daughter Rozalind of Cornwall. His Funeral will be held at his local Church of St Barnabas, Jericho, Oxford on Friday 26th May 2017 at 11am. All welcome.
