HILL Jacqueline (Jacky) In loving memory of our darling Jacky, who passed away at the 'Countess Mountbatten Hospice' Thursday 12th October 2017 Aged 54 She fought so bravely to the end. So sadly missed by her loving Partner Neil, daughters Samantha and Zoe, and all her wonderful Grandchildren and Family. The funeral service will take place Friday 27th October 2017 at 1:00pm Wessex Vale Crematorium Bubb Lane West End Family flowers only.
