BARTLETT Tim Left us all so suddenly on 18th June 2018 aged 74 years. Loving Husband to Marian. Treasured father to Helen, Peter and Michael. Much adored grandad to Matthew, Theo and Kayne. Highly regarded teacher at Itchen College. A private family service will be followed by a Celebration of Life and Memories at Wellow Golf Club on Friday 29th June 2018 from 1.30pm. Sadly missed by all and forever in our hearts. Donations in memory of Tim will go to a charity of the families choice (cheques made payable to A.H. Cheater Ltd) and may be sent to A.H. Cheater Funeral Directors, 122 The Hundred, Romsey, SO51 8BY.

Tim and his lovely wife, Marian, hosted me and another college student during our overseas student teaching experience in 1978. They were so gracious and had a wonderful family. I enjoyed my time with them and my experience at Itchen College. I recently ran across a diary from that year and when I googled the family names I saw Tim’s obit. Please accept my sincere condolences and thank you for opening your house to a young college student so many years ago.
