Planet takes up prime shop site
A PRIME shop in a Southampton neighbourhood has been let.
Planet Flooring and Carpeting Ltd will take up the £25,000 rent from letting agency Goadsby on a seven-year lease for Unit 1, 20 West End Road, Bitterne.
Agent Alex Hirst said: “The unit is ideally located next to Sainsbury’s Home and the Post Office as well as a number of other household names and also fronts the busy West End Road.
“The unit itself offered very flexible and useable space which was one of the key factors in them taking the lease.”
