HAMPSHIRE Chamber is backing an online video campaign which explains the value of chamber membership for businesses.

The video features entrepreneurs discussing the benefits of networking, legal and financial advice, and the role of accredited chambers in supporting exporters.

The film is part of a nationwide campaign by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) and is titled ‘As a chamber member, I’m well connected’.

Maureen Frost, Hampshire Chamber’s director of operations and deputy chief executive, said: “Chambers are unique in being the business community’s ‘front door’ in towns and cities across the country.

“There are no other bodies that do what chambers do. As well as the wide range of day-to-day services and advice we provide, we lead trade missions to other countries that help members find new markets for goods and services.

“Accredited chambers of commerce such as Hampshire Chamber have the added support of being a part of the BCC network, giving members the chance to have their views represented at the highest levels of government.”
