YOU can find out how to unlock your business’s full potential as the south’s leading business showcase returns.

The Daily Echo’s South Coast Business Works will return for a fifth year, featuring a host of business exhibitors.

Novotel Southampton will once again host the event on February 11, which will also feature a line-up of top speakers, including business coach Shelley Edwards.

The event, sponsored by Trethowans Solicitors and partnered by the Hampshire Chamber of Commerce and Destination Southampton, will be a chance for local firms of all sizes to come together under one roof and showcase themselves to a wide audience.

There will be a host of influential business leaders and local decision-makers, meaning it is an invaluable opportunity to show what your business has to offer.

Running alongside the exhibition will be free advice clinics and a programme of seminars running throughout the day, including guest speaker Stephen Gates, managing director of Denplan, who will deliver his speech ‘Leadership and teams: the learnings of an imperfect leader’, plus speed networking and the return of the question time business panel hosted by Lee Peck, of Lee Peck Media, where delegates will have the opportunity to ask those key questions relevant to their business.

Shelley Edwards, director of Southampton-based Progress to Success, is one of the speakers who will deliver a 30-minute coaching workshop.

She will aim to motivate and focus visitors and show how to map out a mini action plan to help achieve success.

Shelley’s workshop will demonstrate how focusing on one thing at a time gives clarity and a clear vision, and will show representatives from the assembled businesses how to unlock their full potential.

As well as a professional coach, Shelley is an NLP life coach, corporate trainer, yoga teacher and radio producer and presenter.

She says she is “passionate about learning and development and helping people and businesses to help themselves and achieve success”.
