HAMPSHIRE bus operator First will be giving its passengers another chance to take part in a online question and answer sessions with its bosses.
The ‘meet the Southampton manager’ sessions will take place tomorrow and give passengers the opportunity to ask questions about services in the city and provide further information about the revisions to some fares from Saturday, January 17.
Between 5pm and 7pm that day, First’s team of managers will be available to answer questions and respond to comments.
Customers can interact with them either through using the hashtag #tweetboss on twitter.com/First Hampshire or via its dedicated Facebook page, facebook.com/ FirstHampshire.
The team available to take questions will comprise Chrissie Bainbridge, general manager, First Southampton; Chris Chester, business manager, First Southampton; Orbay Keskin, operations manager, First Southampton; Annmarie Cartlidge, customer engagement manager, First Hampshire, and Natacha Tagholm, regional customer services manager, First South West and Wales.
