SOUTHAMPTON law firm Moore Blatch has recruited Luc Algar as a new partner in its real estate team.
The commercial property lawyer specialises in acting for house builders, investors, insolvency practitioners and lending institutions and has acted for firms and individuals requiring commercial property advice.
He qualified in 2008 and is a member of both the Southampton Property Association and the Portsmouth Property Association.
Managing partner David Thompson said: “Luc is a highly regarded and well connected property lawyer in the regional property market.
"This combined with his excellent technical knowledge and experience in handling the full range of commercial property legal issues, means he can deliver rounded commercial advice.
