A HAMPSHIRE estate agents has announced a further expansion.
Jeffries Estate & Letting Agents has acquired new offices at Orchard House in Furzehall Farm, Fareham, which will be the new home of its lettings and property management department.
Last year the group celebrated its 20th anniversary with the acquisitions of Dibben and Dibben in Stubbington and Blakes of Gosport taking its number offices to eight.
Lettings Director, Nadine Richmond, explains the firm’s decision to alter its operations: “Over the last year, our business has significantly expanded, due to acquisitions. There is also additional purchases planned in the near future.”
"Both the rental market and our overall business is buoyant and the growth we have achieved organically due to our success and through our acquisitions, meant we needed to increase and improve our office space and infrastructure.”
“My lettings team are delighted to move into these spacious and modern premises in Fareham, strategically chosen for their perfect position to support our rental portfolio, landlords and tenants across South East Hampshire.
