A JEWELLERY designer from Hampshire has The X Factor after landing a deal to kit out the contestants on the hit Saturday night TV show.

Winchester’s Gioia Jewellery saw popular contestant Diana Vickers appear in front of millions of viewers wearing their £95 handmade heart pendant on a gold chain.

And she’s not alone. Other finalists on the series are also sporting items made by St Clement Street- based Gioia.

Boy band JLS have a set of bespoke silver dog tags, while pop wannabe Ruth Lorenzo aptly owns a Crystal Star.

Creative and managing director at Gioia, Lisa Sanders, said: “It’s been incredibly exciting to be part of the styling of these contestants.

“This is the nation’s most watched Saturday night programme and I’m amazingly proud to know millions of people saw my necklace at the weekend.”
