A DYNAMIC company with less than 25 employees demonstrating all round excellence in business will win this award.

The judging will focus on financial performance, future objectives and the competitive advantage of the business. It will also look at examples of specific strategies which have driven business growth.

Hampshire Chamber of Commerce deputy chief executive Maureen Frost said: “The South Coast Business Awards have been growing year on year and the volume and quality of the entries has improved each time.

“It’s a real stamp of quality and external recognition and it does a lot to improve staff morale in the companies that are recognised.

“We are really looking forward to this year.”
