The day dawned bright and clear for the official launch of Roxan Construction’s flagship development overlooking the water at Lee on the Solent. Pebble Beach is the latest in a long line of south coast projects to capture the imagination of the public who recognise the outstanding quality and individuality of Roxan’s homes. The fact that more than 60% of the fourteen homes have already been sold prior to the official launch tells its own story, particularly in these difficult times.

Gosport MP Caroline Dinenage was amongst other local dignitaries and prominent business people to attend the launch on the bright winter’s day and was happy to cut the ribbon to officially mark the launch of the development which is expecting its first occupants to move in before Christmas.

Ms Dinenage was given a guided tour of the smart apartments by Roxan managing director, Massoud Yeganegy who is justly proud of the finished building. The landscaping has been recently completed and the amazing roof terraces which form part of the four penthouses are stunning with built-in barbecues, planters and seating and are accessed via spiral staircases from inside and electrically operated domed roof lights.

Before cutting the ribbon, Caroline Dinenage commented: “The Gods were certainly smiling on us this morning with perfect weather for this event.

“Those of us who live in the area know that this is the jewel in the south coast and Roxan’s Pebble Beach does justice to the wonderful sea views.”

Pebble Beach offers contemporary style living right at the water’s edge in this bustling and traditional seaside town. Each apartment is produced to top specifications and all homes at Pebble Beach, whether on the ground, first or second floor, have remarkable sea views and enjoy private outside space either with a garden, balcony or roof terrace.

Massoud said: “Our usual high specification has been used throughout the development with high quality kitchens designed to enable residents to enjoy the sea views whilst cooking. The bathrooms are fully tiled and pebble mosaics have been used in the en suites to reflect the theme of the development.”

Roxan’s construction director, Steve Griffin made a moving speech where he thanked the whole team without whose support Pebble Beach could not have become the huge success it is: “The fabulous end result is due to the hard work, dedication and co-operation of everyone involved,” he said, “with all stakeholders playing an important part in the process.”

All the usual Roxan specifications have been incorporated including secure underground parking, lift access, all bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, fireplaces in the living area, quality flooring throughout and a stunning specially commissioned sculpture by Laleh Yeganegy in the foyer lit by a large domed window in the roof two storeys above.

Lee on the Solent not only boasts a wonderful seafront with an ever-changing scene of yachts, ships and luxury liners set against a backdrop of the Isle of Wight, but it also has retained its thriving high street with shops, restaurants and easy access to nearby sport and leisure facilities together with places of historic interest.

Prices start from £250,000 for a ground floor one bedroom apartment, rising to £495,000 - £550,000 for the remaining penthouses.
