PREPARE yourselves for the end of the world at the hands of zombies, aliens and/or some very interfering neighbours with a blood and ice cream triple bill at Southampton’s Harbour Lights cinema tomorrow night.

Audiences will be treated to:

SHAUN OF THE DEAD After a night in the pub, a group of friends find themselves battling hellbent zombies. Shaun of the Dead is full of wit, vitality and originality, with a deft script, barmy, but endearing characterisations, and likeable performances. Pegg and Frost are as watchable as ever, and there’s hilarious support from a host of British comedy talent.

HOT FUZZ Hot Fuzz gives the cop movie an affectionate makeover. PC Nicholas Angel (Pegg) is so good at his job that he makes everyone else look bad, so his superiors at the Met decide to relocate him to a sleepy West Country village, where he finds himself partnered with the oafish, but well-meaning Danny (Frost). But Angel soon starts to suspect that the village may not be as idyllic as it seems.

THE WORLD’S END Twenty years ago, Gary (Pegg) was the most popular guy at school; the problem is that he’s neither moved on nor grown up. He and his pal, Andy (Frost), get together with some childhood chums to recreate an epic pub crawl from their youth, culminating at the drinking venue of the title. But as the night progresses, they realise that the end of the world really is nigh.
