A MUSIC festival inspired by the lifesaving work of Southampton’s children’s heart unit will be getting pulses racing tonight.
Having been rained off last year, the Pulse Festival is back bigger and better than ever down on Sunnyfields Farm, in Marchwood.
Hundreds are expected to flock to the outdoor venue for the two-day festival of music and fun, with electro dub band Dreadzone headlining tomorrow night.
Heath:ward and Sean McGowan hit the stage tonight, followed by appearances from Subgiant, Pronghorn, The Novatones, Welcome Pariah and a host of other local talents on the main stage.
Science of Eight Limbs headline the courtyard stage with the likes of Mr Tom and Toupe also on the bill As well as music from a variety of bands, there will be a kids’ area hosting activities and good food and plenty of entertainers too.
The event kicks off tonight at 6pm to 11pm, with the music starting again at 11am tomorrow.
